Teacher Incentive Allotment
In June of 2019, the 86th Texas Legislature passed House Bill 3 (HB3), which was signed into law by Governor Abbott establishing the optional Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program. Two goals of this program are to provide incentive pay to highly effective teachers and to attract and retain effective teachers especially in rural and high-poverty level schools. Evolution Academy Charter School has submitted the Letter of Intent to participate in the Teacher Incentive Allotment to designate teachers for the system. Parents, teachers, and other community members are invited to participate in the process. If you would like to be a part of creating our program, contact us for more information.
