All students seeking enrollment need to bring the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Cards
- Up-to-date shot records
- A list of all the high schools you have attended
- Unofficial transcripts from all schools attended
- Withdrawal form from current high school
If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend orientation or to enroll in school.
Withdrawal forms will be needed after the first day of school.
Withdrawal forms will not be required for summer enrollment.
